Salary Requirements (2025)

The IND checks whether applicants meet salary thresholds. Salaries must be market-rate (comparable to similar jobs) and exclude variable bonuses.

Standard rate (30+ years): €5,688 per month

Reduced rate (under 30): €4,171 per month

Orientation Year graduates: €3,652 per month

Scientific researchers & medical trainees: Subject to collective labour agreement
