The IND checks:

Whether the salary criterion is met
Market conformity of the salary (UWV can provide a recommendation)
That the migrant signs a statement of no criminal record
That there is a valid employment contract

Minimum education: typically a bachelor's degree or five+ years of high-level experience. Healthcare professionals must be registered in the BIG register if practicing regulated medical professions.
